On June 25, 2020, the annual YOU Foundation Board of Trustees meeting for 2019 took place.
Due to COVID-19, all documentation and voting was performed via a written circulation process. A small group met in person in the offices of the YOU Foundation to review the Board’s resolutions and to verify that the circular process was properly executed and to approve it.
It was a strange new situation as we usually look forward to our annual in-person meeting of all the Trustees of the Board and Board Members. Our yearly meetings are always especially cordial as we discuss the past year’s work of the YOU Foundation and discuss goals and prospects for the coming year.
