Many countries are suffering terrible setbacks, global wars, pandemics, hunger disasters, the climate crisis, persecution and human rights violations with massive refugee movements require direct, rapid, concrete and sustainable action with the help of everyone: every individual, governments, the private sector and organizations.<\/p>

Our goal is to help shape our ONE world, humane and worth living for all its people, regardless of origin, religion, gender, race or culture.<\/p>

We see development work as a sustainable, social investment, in which all stakeholders come together in a participatory way and on equal footing, with countries and interest groups all assuming responsibility. The YOU Foundation is committed to sustainable development in a rapidly changing society of globalization, pluralization and climate change. The associated social challenges require concrete commitment in order to use the available financial resources effectively and efficiently.<\/p>

Based on this fact, the Foundation is committed to the poorest of the poor, and through sustainable, country-specific and qualified projects provide education and training, special environmental and agricultural solutions which contribute to the long-term and independent development of countries.<\/p>

The Foundation promotes and implements projects worldwide, which are developed according to need, in a participatory manner with stakeholder groups, and adapted to the conditions, the added value, and the traditional cornerstones of society.<\/p>

For additional impact, we aim to deploy local teams, partners and experts and thus create an additional “impact” on site. We purchase all necessary project materials & goods locally to support the local environment and thus other families. We identify local needs, areas of demand, measures & activities and strive for long-term success.<\/p>

We work with long-term, trusted teams or on-site partners and develop and implement the projects together, in a participatory and holistic approach with the involved interest, beneficiary and stakeholder groups. Depending on the country, the projects are built to be either self-sustainable or to be taken over by responsible stakeholders. Our aim is to ensure sustainability in the best possible way while strengthening self-responsibility and the feeling of ownership as well as acting in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs or Global Goals).<\/p>

For our corporate collaborations<\/strong>, we support and advise you in your social impact decision making process and find projects that provide synergies with your company\u2019s interests or products.
