The book “Cities – Not Camps”, published for the Davos Forum 2022, which includes different texts on the important topic of Urban development against the background of refugee movements includes a very valuable article by Mr. Samih Sawiris about our joint pilot project “BARAKA”, which offers inner-African refugees in Dakar a life in dignity and the prospect of a better future through new housing.
